On this five-acre farm, visitors learn how these Hawaiian treats are grown and harvested, about their history and even how to properly crack open a nut. Learn about the ancient taro patches at the Honouliwai Taro Patch Farm on the eastern side of Molokai. Since roughly 700 AD, farmers have used the method of flooding terraces to grow taro.
